The purpose of the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety program is to teach individuals of different ages and abilities how to swim and be safe in, on and around the water.

Sign up for an orientation where you will learn how to use the Nautilus Machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment along with proper weight room etiquette. For the price of admission, trained staff will provide a personalized weight raining orientation to anyone 12 years old or older!
12+ Year olds will receive a Parent/Youth Weight Room ID allowing the youth to work out with a parent any time except our peak times, Monday- Thursday, 5-7:30 PM.
15-17 year olds will receive a Weight Room ID upon completion of the orientation, which can be used at any time.

This class is for teenagers (ages 11+) who want to build confidence in their swimming skills along with other participants their age. Sessions meet Tuesdays from 06/05-06/28.
