Join us in celebration of Lafayette's newest park amenity, Silver Creek Park. The highly anticipated park is almost complete and will officially open to the public on Sept. 27th. The farming inspiration for the park stems from Lafayette's agricultural history and the Nuoci family farm's heritage with raising chickens; at one point one of the largest poultry operations in the region. The City of Lafayette's Parks Department is looking forward to unveiling this beautiful 3.2 acre park to the public. Suitable for all ages; families are encouraged to attend - light refreshments and snacks will served.
