SENIOR HOUSING 101: "Affordable" & Subsidized 1/10, Thursday, 2-3:30pm
Learn the reality of current government and non-profit housing availability, how to get started, how long you might have to wait, housing locations, and affordability.

COURAGEOUS AGING GROUP - NEW! 1/28-3/18, Monday, 2:30-4pm
Discussion and activities will be framed around Dr. Ken Druck's book "Courageous Aging: Your Best Years Ever Reimagined".  Location:  East Simpson Coffee Co, 414 E. Simpson St.

LATIN DANCE FUN FITNESS CLASS 1/7-1/28, Monday, 1:15-2:00pm
This Latin-Inspired fitness class is a great, unique and effective approach to exercise.  Drop-in fee $4.00.

TAI CHI (INTERMEDIATE) 1/9-1/30, Wednesday 11am-12pm
For those who have taken the first Tai Chi course and are now ready to go deeper.

TAI CHI (BEGINNER) 1/10-1/31, Thursday 11am-12pm
Tai Chi is easy and gentle movement that develops body awareness and can help seniors to keep their balance, stay mobile and maintain independence.

Family Hearing provides free audiology services such as ears checked and cleaned, hearing aids inspected and cleaned, and hearing screenings.  Appointment required.  Call 303-661-1492.

AARP SMART DRIVER COURSE
1/14, Monday, 12-5pm
Improve your skills, increase safety and become eligible for a premium discount on your insurance.  Location: Lafayette Library.

LOW VISION PEER SUPORT GROUP 1/15, Tuesday, 1-2pm
Connect with peers to create a community, maintain hope, and process frustration and sadness during the transition to living with visual impairments.  Sponsored by the Center for People with Disabilities, 303-790-1390.

MEMORY CAFE 1/23, Wednesday, 3-4:30pm
Get peer and facilitator support, resources and education for people with younger onset Alzheimer's disease and their care partners.
