Active Living Every Day is a behavior-change program helping sedentary people become and stay physically active everyday. Learn more here.
Falls Prevention Demo Day is a free event to help you learn to avoid falls and unintentional injuries, which can lead to hospitalization or worse. Learn more here.
Matter of Balance Class is an active educational opportunity to learn to proactively avoid slips, trips and falls. This program is sponsored by Boulder County Area Agency on Aging. 9/14-Fairmount Cemetery: A Stroll Through Historic Colorado
Weave your way to the historic gravesites of William Byers, John Wesley Illiff, May Bonfils and John and Mary Elitch just to mention a few. We will walk 1.5-2 miles on semi-level ground. Tour is ADA only from main road.
9/19-Bird Conservancy of the Rockies
Bird Conservancy of the Rockies operates an Environmental Learning Center out of its headquarters on the north side of Barr Lake Sate Park. Not ADA accessible.
9/25-Historic Cripple Creek with Erie
You will have plenty of time to take in the sites, ship, eat, try your luck at one of the casinos or take a ride on the Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad.
