Power Fitness Classes are a fun and challenging way to get your body into peak shape. Each group session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer to help give you the results, training and inspiration you need to help meet your goals. With each session you get a highly effective and motivating workout focusing on strength training with an intense cardio complement to eliminate the boredom of getting and staying in shape. You will be integrating free weights, machines, toning work out and a wide range of track and outdoor drills (seasonally). Bottom line - it's good, hard fun!
Classes run year round and session fees are monthly. Interested? Come try the first class for FREE! Sessions start at the beginning of the month, but if you want to get started sooner drop-in pricing is available.
