Getting and staying fit after 50 doesn't have to be a challenge. This class will get you ready to conquer your fit needs and more! At the end of this progressive , skill-building program, you will know how to use free weights and machines safely to build your strength. Subsequent sections will build on the skills you have mastered and continue to build muscle strength, size and endurance and to improve flexibility, balance and coordination. Safety, posture, body control and awareness will be taught in this class.
First session starts September 24 and runs Tuesday's and Thursday's through October 31.
