Relaxing Yoga by Candlelight

Remove the stress from your day by slowly and mindfully moving through traditional yoga poses while coordinating your movement with your breath to promote deep relaxation and a healthy body and mind. Candlelight is used to create a soothing relaxing atmosphere.
