The Library Has a New Calendar!

New Calendar! Just in time for Summer!

Check out our new Lafayette Library calendar starting May 31!  Here's what we love about it: Library event screenshot

  • Clean and easier to read on mobile and desktop
  • Easier to filter based on interests
  • Easy to see all future dates of a recurring event
  • Easily see which events require registration and how many spots are left
  • Improved registration process and ability to communicate with attendees
  • Improved view of location of event in the Library or at outreach locations
  • Add event to your own calendar, or easily share it on Facebook or Twitter!
  • ...And a bunch of fun staff features under the hood to help us bring you great events!

Here's a few pro tips:

  • Default view is great on mobile screens (50% of you use a phone or tablet to access our library's info!)
  • View as a traditional monthly calendar by using the icon that looks like a calendar. Once there, you can get to future months using the date field to pick month, then Search.Switch View

  • Refine your search by category or audience, hit Search - but do Clear Filters to see everything again!
