Sharing Our Cultural Conservation Stories

Wednesday, July 22, 2020

Today there is growing awareness that it's important for diverse parts of our community and different generations of people from different walks of life to connect! Join us in sharing your “cultural conservation stories” and listening to those of others. How have we all lived now and in the past in ways that connect people, conserve resources, and strengthen community? Councilor Tim Barnes will start the evening off. Councilor Barnes will share Lafayette’s vision as a community that thrives on connecting people through natural spaces, the built environment, and multiculturalism that inspires a sense of belonging. Program support comes from Lafayette Open Space, Lafayette Arts and Cultural Resources Department, the Nature Kids Youth Advisory Board, and the Lafayette Senior Center. The amphitheater allows for ample social distancing, but to ensure limited numbers, this event requires an RSVP. Please contact Martin Ogle at Martin@EntrepreneurialEarth.com to RSVP.
