This class is a great option for anyone looking to quickly burn calories and reduce fat, improve endurance and overall fitness level. Short bursts of intense effort are alternated with moderate to low, active recovery. Beginners to seasoned exercises will be challenged by this class with various options to scale the workout to your fitness level
Movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level.
Tai Chi 2
Tai Chi 2 is for people who want more. They’ve taken the first Tai Chi course and have gotten a taste of basic Tai Chi movements and the form and are now ready to go deeper. This course offers deep bending and more complex movements, as well as more of the Simplified 37 Posture Forms.
