My Philosophy:

Let's achieve your health and fitness goals together. Simply moving correctly is the first step; let me show you how. Then we will add the things in your life involving movement that you passionately want to continue like skiing, playing with your grandchildren, or living independently.

My philosophy is Movement not Muscles. Keeping this in mind, we will use a variety of tools to elicit an adaptation from an appropriate leave of stress.

About Me:

I enjoy skiing, backpacking, swimming and biking. I've worked with active older adults, clients with hip and knee replacements, ACL prehab, Obesity, Parkinson's and national level student athletes.
