My belief as an endurance athlete, coach and personal trainer is to integrate “Functional Strength Training” into my athlete’s workouts. Most endurance athletes are already stressing their bodies and overuse injuries are all too common. I focus on stability, mobility, balance and agility as a base for strength training. I will give you a solid foundation, flexibility and range of motion; all important factors for gaining efficiency, speed and quickness in all sports and activities. I also love to take clients outdoors when the weather permits.
