I have a degree in Physical Therapy, I am a Group Fitness Instructor and a Yoga Teacher besides being a Personal Trainer. I am also an Ayurveda Therapist, I use that knowledge to personalize your training sessions even more, according to your body constitution. I am a runner, yoga practitioner, hiking enthusiast, and dancer.
My specialty is training people with various health problems. I have helped clients with heart disease, hypertension, obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis, chronic lower back pain and many other conditions.
