3. Purchase Your Personal Training Package at the Front Desk with our friendly staff.

4. Schedule your sessions directly with your trainer, on your schedule.

Krisztina's Philosophy:

I will teach you the basics of building and modifying a fitness program to achieve maximum results, and help you develop a lifestyle that encourages health. Your workout program is going to be both challenging and achievable. I will give you the tools to lose fat, gain muscle tone, improve your health, and enhance your general well-being. I apply a multi-dimensional approach to fitness, integrating mind and body. (I have a degree in Physical Therapy, I am a Group Fitness Instructor and a Yoga Teacher besides being a Personal Trainer) I always focus on strengthening the back and the abdominal area, as it is the core that is the foundation of a healthy body. I am also an Ayurveda Therapist, I use that knowledge to personalize your training sessions even more, according to your body constitution.

Mary's Philosophy-

My belief as an endurance athlete, coach and personal trainer is to integrate “Functional Strength Training” into my athlete’s workouts. Most endurance athletes are already stressing their bodies and overuse injuries are all too common. I focus on stability, mobility, balance and agility as a base for strength training. I will give you a solid foundation, flexibility and range of motion; all important factors for gaining efficiency, speed and quickness in all sports and activities. I also love to take clients outdoors when the weather permits.

I am a 2 x 70.3 World Championship Qualifier, 3 x Ironman Finisher (AWA status in 2013 and podium finisher in 2016), completed 25 marathons and 100+ triathlons of all distances.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Psychology. I believe fitness starts with a positive mindset and outlook. It’s about an unwavering conviction to living stronger, healthier and happier. I am a client-centered and client-directed trainer. Our workout sessions will be programmed for YOU;  gym-based or outdoors. I believe I can be your best friend in fitness--your accountability coach. Together, we will formulate a structured but modifiable plan to work towards YOUR personal health and fitness goals. I specialize in Endurance Strength Training and Core Conditioning, cycling, distance running, hiking and traveling fit. I can design workouts from chair exercises to HIIT workouts to help my clients make progress in activities of daily living, weight loss or life/sporting events. Utilizing the principle of Specificity Training, we can train to climb your first 14er, run your first 5k or 10k, prepare for a century ride or become a stronger skier or snowboarder. Or maybe just feel healthier. I will be a beacon of light on your journey.
