This project includes a Special Use Review, Site Plan/Architectural Review, and Planned Unit Development (PUD) to develop a 4-building multi-use concrete works business center at the 10 acre property located north of South Boulder Road and west of 120th Street. The subject property is zoned M1 (Industrial). The proposed site would include 7,000 square feet of office space, a 6 bay maintenance building, a fueling center, and a 4,600 square foot multi-use building with a caretaker dwelling unit. Existing at the site is 90,000 square feet of outdoor storage that will remain. The special use review application is for the caretaker unit and fuel facility.
The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Special Use Review, Minor Subdivision, Site Plan/Architectural Review and Planned Unit Development (PUD) at their July 23, 2019 meeting. City Council will review these applications at a public meeting in the near future. A date has not been determined yet.
