The application includes a minor subdivision to create the 2.8 acre lot. The property is zoned M1 (Industrial) and a Commercial Recreational Facility requires a Special Use Review.
A public hearing was held for a Special Use Review, Minor Subdivision and Site Plan/Architectural Review at the May 30, 2019, Planning Commission meeting. The Commission recommended approval of the project with conditions. A date for presentation to City Council has not yet been scheduled.
