Bike the Farms Event

Thursday - August 9, 2018
4:00pm and 6:00pm

Join the City of Lafayette for an informative, family-friendly tour of Lafayette‘s local agricultural scene.  Participants will also experience the new Activate Lafayette Mobile App and get acquainted with riding on the Lafayette Walk and Wheel Route.

Riders will meet at Isabelle Farm for a tour of the organic farm operation and retail farm stand located on the Thomas Open Space property. Staff from Community Cycles will then lead participants on an easy, 30 minute guided bike ride along the Lafayette Walk and Wheel Route, passing by the Wilson Community Gardens, to the Lafayette Farmers Market where riders will have the opportunity to explore the market on their own.
