The subject property is 4.02 acres with a 30,503 sq. ft. building – 19,947 sq. ft. on the lower level, and 10,556 sq. ft. on the upper level. Most of the building will be manufacturing, with 5,504 sq. ft. devoted to a tasting room/restaurant. The primary tenant, Stem Ciders, will manufacture cider (alcohol).
