17th Annual Lafayette Community Art Show
Through May 31

The show features a wide range of media, highlighting Lafayette’s creative, diverse and eclectic artist community. Art is on display through May 31 in the Library Gallery.
One Book 4 Colorado
May 6 - 20 
 
Come to the library between May 6 and May 20 to help us celebrate One Book 4 Colorado. Every 4 year old has a free book waiting for them at the library!

Sneaky Art for Teens

The Lafayette Historical Society presents an engaging and inspiring program by Preethi Burkholder, author of Seventeen Women Who Shook the World about how a selection of women used their individual gifts to make the world a better place.

Learn Something New!

Tech and gadget experts, come and share what you know. Novices, come and learn something new. Pick up some new tips on whatever phone, computer or gadget you use.
Beyond Mars: NASA’s Amazing Discoveries in the Outer Solar System
May 18 at 10:30 am
Learn about amazing robotic missions currently on NASA’s drawing board; learn about the Voyager spacecraft; participate in a “Mission Control” simulation game; and receive a free NASA poster. Brought to you by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Solar System Ambassador Program. Hosted by Rich Kagawa, Aerospace Mechanical Engineer
Summer Reading Program registration begins May 24; register online, or at the library!
Join the Lafayette community as we Dig into Reading this summer, with special events for children, teens, and adults.
The Summer Reading Program is free and has something for folks of all ages!
