The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center, in partnership with The Heart Truth, a national awareness campaign warning women about their risk of heart disease, is promoting this FREE program for men and women.
"Heart disease doesn't care what you wear" The red dress serves as the national symbol for women and heart disease.
Week 1: Friday, February 1
National Wear Red Day
Pick up heart-healthy educational materials from the Recreation Center and WEAR RED.
