Room Reservations
Meeting & Conference Rooms
Meeting RoomThe library meeting rooms are open to individuals and organizations engaged in educational, intellectual, or charitable activities. The large downstairs meeting room may also be used for large community events and private social functions.

Payment must be made 48 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Cancel a reservation with your confirmation number. Learn about room usage rates.

Do not consider the room reserved until you have received final confirmation from library staff. Please read the Room Usage Policies before making a request. Include set-up and take-down times in your reservation.

Study Rooms
Study rooms may be reserved one week in advance for up to two hours at a time. Reservations can be canceled by library staff if the room is not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Walk-ins may use an available room on a first come, first served basis.

Please read the Room Usage Policies before making a request. Reserve a study room online at least one day in advance.
