    The 17th Annual Lafayette Community Art Show, a program of the Lafayette Cultural Arts Committee, features a wide range of media, highlighting Lafayette’s creative, diverse and eclectic artist community. A public reception and award ceremony for the show will be held Saturday, March 30 from 3:30-4:30pm at the Library. Works of art will be on display through May 31, in the Library’s Gallery.

  2. One Book for Colorado

    May 6 - May 20 @ Lafayette Public Library

    The One Book 4 Colorado literacy campaign will distribute more than 70,000 books to all 4 year olds throughout the state, at public libraries, clinics, and some preschools.Watch for the winning book to be unveiled on May 6, as part of Colorado Literacy Week. Books will be available for all 4 year olds at Lafayette Public Library from May 6-20. We want to encourage families to visit the library to pick up books for their 4 year olds and book marks and stickers for their other children along with parent tips to encourage family reading.
