    11/9: Christopher Kimball-Chicken Cordon Blu with Dijon Glazed Carrots and Basil Potato Salad Every Tuesday and Friday in November and December the Indian Peaks Bar and Grill will plate up delectable meals based on the culinary specialties of celebrity chefs. $5 of every meal will go to the Sister Carmen Community Center to help feed those in need. RSVP to 303-666-9597 by Noon the day before each dinner to reserve a seat.Space is limited. COME HUNGRY, LEAVE FEEDING LAFAYETTE!

  1. Farm Stand at Thomas Open Space

    June 29, 5:00 PM - December 23, 7:00 PM @ Thomas Open Space

    The barn & land is leased by Isabelle Farm and will begin 2012 season sales on June 29 so be sure to stop by for fantastic food. Most crops grown in this region are not available for harvest until late summer. Therefore, Isabelle Farm typically opens the farm stand seven days a week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, from early July through November/December. Come by for organic produce, plants, grass-fed beef, jams, soaps, home decor, and lots more.

    November 1, 8:00 AM - December 4, 5:00 PM @ Lafayette Police Department and Court Building

    The Lafayette Police Department hosts the Santa Cop Program every year.This program coordinates gift donations for families in need in our community.The police department hosts a party with refreshments and attended by Santa himself to give out gifts. If you know of or are a family in need this year, please stop by the police department to fill out a nomination form.Nomination forms are also available online.See link below. If you would like to help support this program you can donate new toys or make a monetary donation to the police department.Toy drop locations are also available at the Bob Burger Recreation Center, City Hall and the Public Library beginning November 1.Toys should be unwrapped please and for ages 2 - 15.
