The mini-makerspace will be a collaborative, community-driven space where users of all ages can learn to use new tech tools in creative ways. Located in the light-filled north end of the upper level, the mini-makerspace will be a venue for workshops and independent projects.
Classes (all Library-sponsored classes and events will be free)
Monthly equipment orientations
Limited weekly drop-in hours for independent project work. During drop-in hours users may purchase supplies (at cost) from the Library.
Maker Space Mentors
Mentors assist, support, and encourage community members (teens and adults) as they learn to use new equipment and develop projects. If you have tech skills, enthusiasm, patience and kindness, plus the ability to help out 3 hours/week, please read the details and apply!
