The subject property is currently a church site on 3.78 acres zoned agricultural in unincorporated Boulder County. The developer intends to subdivide the property into 14 single family homes on 7,000 sq. ft lots to match the neighboring Indian Peaks lots.
In January 2017, the Planning Commission approved Annexation, Rezone, and Sketch Plan. In March 2017, the subject property was formally annexed into the City of Lafayette. The Planning Commission approved the Preliminary Plan/PUD, Site Plan/Architecture at the June 27, 2017 public hearing.
On November 6, 2017 there will be a public hearing for a rezoning PUD.
