2000 W So Boulder Rd - Blue Sage Subdivision

Blue Sage is a 78 dwelling unit housing development encompassing single family homes, duplexes and triplexes on 44 lots.  The subdivision's land dedication will be an HOA-maintained public park.  There will be a connection to the existing Powerline and regional trail system. 
 
Planning Commission held a public hearing on Janaury 24, 2017 and approved the Preliminary Plan/PUD/Site Plan/Architectural Review.  

City Council held a public hearing and approved the Final Plan on November 6, 2017.  All public input processes are final, and this project is in process.
