Any citizen desiring to reserve a park shelter for parties, gatherings, etc. may complete an online request for a special facility use permit (click the facility you would like above). All reservations are subject to availability and reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Shelter season is March through October. Payment must be received and permits picked up within 5 business days after reservation request has been approved. No request is verified until confirmation is received. Cancellations must be made 4 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
The City of Lafayette only allows City Sponsored special events at these parks. Please call Becka Gregory 303-661-1460 to discuss any special events at these locations.
