How do I sign up to receive my utility bill via email?


Complete the registration form at www.cityoflafayette.com/eBillForm

How soon will my e-bill subscription start?


You will receive a confirmation message telling you when to expect your first Lafayette Utility e-Bill.

What if my email address changes?


You can send the new address to utilitybill@cityoflafayette.com or call us at 303-665-5588 option 5.

Can I pay my e-bill online with a credit card?


Yes. You may also choose to pay your bill through automatic withdrawal. Visit www.cityoflafayette.com/PayOnline to learn more.

Who will the e-bill come from?


You will receive your bill notices from utilitybill@cityoflafayette.com . Be sure to add this to your email address book and/or change your spam filters to allow this email to get through.

What if I don’t receive an e-bill?


The City of Lafayette is not responsible for undeliverable e-bills. Customers are required to submit on-time payments regardless if an e-bill is received or not. Past due fees will not be waived if an e-bill is not received. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure payment is made in the absence of a bill.
